Joyce Jones

Joyce Ann Jones (Nee Mckim) peacefully passed away on Friday, August 8, 2019, at The Gables in Idaho Falls, Idaho.  Joyce was born to Mary Conrad in Indiana.  They lived there until moving to Denver, Colorado. After marrying, she then moved to New Jersey where she raised her children.  Joyce worked as a home health aide, a job she loved and was was very good at and even won Employee of the Year!  Five years ago Joyce moved to Victor, Idaho.  Joyce loved many hobbies like crochet, plastic canvas, reading and gardening.  She loved meeting people, eating Chinese food and anything that was her favorite color, purple.  For those of us who are still here, she will be greatly missed but never forgotten.  Joyce is survived by two sisters Sandy Finerty and Pam Jones and a brother named Vernon McKim, all from the Denver, Colorado area.  She is survived by her children, Daren Harbourg (Ellen) of Victor, Idaho, Latrice Abrams (Roy) of North Cape May in New Jersey, and Allen Sterner (Susie) of Millville, New Jersey.  She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.  The family would like to thank the staff and hospice care at The Gables who took such wonderful care of Joyce.  There will be no services.  Condolences maybe sent to the family at www.valleymortuarydriggs,com.
